  • What services do you offer?

    We style homes for sale (staging), refresh lived-in spaces, and provide full interior design for select rooms or whole homes. Every project includes a cohesive palette plan and layered lighting so spaces look beautiful in person and on camera.

  • What areas do you service?

    We serve Kamloops and surrounding areas (Aberdeen, North Shore, Valleyview, Juniper Ridge, Westsyde). For projects beyond this, travel fees may apply—just ask.

  • How do I Start?

    Book a discovery call or send us photos. We’ll talk goals, timeline, and budget, then recommend the right package—staging, styling, or full design.

  • What’s the difference between staging and interior design?

    Staging is temporary and marketing-driven—designed to photograph and sell quickly. Design is personal and permanent—tailored to how you live. We do both.

  • Do you use rental furniture or work with what we have?

    Both. We edit and style what you already own and bring in carefully chosen rental pieces to complete the look. Our goal: fewer items, bigger impact.

  • How long does staging take?

    After a consult, typical installs happen within 3–7 days, and removals occur after possession. Need it faster? We’ll try to accommodate.

  • Will you work directly with my realtor?

    Absolutely. We coordinate timelines, photography, and access so you can focus on moving.

  • How much does staging cost?

    Packages vary by size and scope. Most projects fall between $900–$3,500+. You’ll receive a clear quote after we review photos or do a walkthrough.

  • What’s your design style?

    Calm, neutral, and nature-grounded: warm whites, light oak, soft black accents, linen, ceramic, and greenery. We edit before we add, design with flow, and finish with life.

  • What does your design process look like?

  • Can you work with my existing furniture?

    Yes. We love to reuse and re-style what you have, then add key pieces where they’ll make the biggest difference.

  • Do you take on kitchens and baths?

    Yes for surface refreshes (colors, lighting, hardware, fixtures); for major renovations we’ll collaborate with your contractor or refer specialists.

  • How far in advance should we book?

    For staging, 1–2 weeks is ideal; for design, 2–6 weeks depending on scope. We keep a few rush slots open.

  • How do you price?

    Staging is package-based; design is flat-fee per room or hourly for consults. You’ll always have a written scope, deliverables, and payment schedule.

  • What budgets do you work with?

    All sizes. Our job is to allocate budget where it matters most—lighting, scale, and key texture—so the space feels calm and cohesive.

  • Do you help with short-term rentals (Airbnb/VRBO)?

    Yes—durable, camera-ready setups that photograph well and stand up to guests. We focus on easy maintenance, layered lighting, and a clear brand look.

  • Do you offer aging-in-place or family-friendly design?

    Yes. We layer safety and durability into calm, beautiful spaces—performance fabrics, rounded edges, better path clearance, and warm lighting.

  • What are your payment terms?

    A signed agreement and a deposit (see services page) secures your date. Balance is due at install or delivery; extensions/changes are invoiced as needed.
